Should we sue our government?

It has come to my attention that anyone can sue our government it does not matter their legal status, it does not matter if they have committed a crime. All that matters is if you can find an attorney to take the case, it really does not matter if you have a legal leg to stand on as long as you put the fear of a long drawn out law suit into them so that being the case I think it is high time we used the legal system to our benefit. To date there have been several; children killed by illegal immigrants either by driving drunk or by murder and as such I would consider that our government by allowing these people to come to our country unhampered is in fact endangering our children and should be held accountable. People who have lost children to this scourge should rise up and demand accountability from our government.Identity theft has run rampant and we are now finding that the blacks that they have shown in the commercials along with the whites are not the ones responsible for the bulk of this crime yet they have yet to replace those stupid commercials with the real culprits why because no one has stood up and made them. The US government at the very least owes the people who have had to pay dearly to get their lives back when it is proven that their identity was stolen by an illegal immigrant. All US citizens can sue for equal protection under the law, because if you have not noticed it is NOT equal. Cities that have had their property values drop drastically because of the scourge being allowed to build or move in anything they wish without any punishment should be sued for the replacement of funds to home owners. These cities are responsible for the upkeep of city property and you can bet if you were to do anything they did not like you would be fined well it is time we fine them.

We simply cannot match them in our streets; too many people either do not care or have to work and cannot be there so it is time to meet them in the court rooms across our great nation. It is time, enough is enough, I am sick of reading about how they want amnesty for all, how they want citizenship, this is war and if we must fight them in our court rooms then we must but our leaders need to hear us LOUD AND CLEAR, NO AMNESTY, NO GUESTWORKER PROGRAM, NO SPECIAL RIGHTS. The time has come to put up or shut up, either we fight these people with every bit of life we have or we shut up and go crawl in a hole and let them march in our streets, destroy our neighborhoods and kill our children, which will it be?
