‘Partial Birth’ Abortion Ban Upheld by Top US Court (Update1)

What is really sad and sick is that people actually want to keep the murder of human beings legal and that we have to even be adjudicating this issue. But what the pro-let’s murder babies crowds is not going to like one bit is this one sentence by Anthony Kennedy: “The government has a legitimate and substantial interest in preserving and promoting fetal life”.

Why? Because it is a clear affirmation by the court that, yes Virginia, that “lump of cells” is alive. It is also directly at odds with Roe v. Wade and the so-called constitutional right to an abortion.
