Woman in Hot Water Over Doggie Vote

SEATTLE (June 29) - Duncan the dog is still registered to vote, and his owner isn’t pleased.
Jane Balogh signed up the dog in protest of a 2005 state voter-registration law she thinks makes it too easy for noncitizens to vote. She used a paw print to mark ballots on Duncan’s behalf. At first, Balogh said she wouldn’t contest a misdemeanor charge of making false statements on a voter registration form. But on Thursday, she pleaded not guilty to the charge that is punishable by up to 90 days in jail and a $1,000 fine.
She said she changed her mind when election officials claimed her efforts showed the system worked.
“She’s just kind of annoyed because Duncan’s still on the voting rolls,” said her lawyer, Kristen Anderson. “Somebody is clearly not getting the message.”

Hi, I’m Flossy a yellow lab. September 9,2007 I had a Doggie voting party at my house. The humans that feed me,love me and let me live in their house created a voting machine just for me some other politically minded dogs. It was very fair.No pregnant dogs named CHAD were allowed to vote.Just kidding. All RACE dogs and BREEDS were encouraged to vote. Forty two dogs voted in the first ever PRESIDENTIAL DOGGIE STRAW POLL. I heard a rumor that Duke the BUSH Baked Bean dog favored Hillary.Everyone knows we dogs have a keen sense when it comes to picking a human to trust.Well you must be wondering ; Who did the Doggies choose? Out of 42 dogs, 37 voted for HILLARY.Well there you have it. She is the most qualified candidate for the job.We need her to be our leader of the pack. We need to repair our relationships with the rest of the world. Socks and Seamus(the Clinton’s new Chocolate lab)have told us that they have seen the Clinton’s fix Domestic relations as well as teach Socks and Seamus to get along. They say Hillary knows and speaks to all the world leaders and they respect her.She is smart and thinks things out. She never acts like a hot headed cowboy. Please vote for Hillary and help us all repair our world.
Woof Woof,That’s Dog speak for Thank You.
Don’t try this at home kids.
