Hugo Chavez Still Delusional

The President of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez, on a tour of Latin America, has launched a stinging attack on the US.

Visiting Bolivia, the firebrand leftist leader said that capitalism was “the road to hell”.

Can I ask Comrade Chavez a serious question? If it wasn’t for us “capitalists” on the “road to hell” buying his oil where would all of his money come from?

Let’s talk about “Hell” ok? Hell is the former Soviet Union and East Germany where communists like Hugo Chavez had to put machine gun nests on walls to keep people from fleeing. Hell is Cuba where people risk their lives to flee in leaky boats just hoping to escape. Hell is what happened when the communist North Vietnam rolled through the south and killed so many while others fled scared. Then of course there is North Korea and that little flea known as Kim Jong Il - boy things are really working out there for the people who are starving and relying on foreign aid huh?

And You, Mr. Chavez, are on that same path and want everyone to think that it is “capitalism” that is the “road to hell”? Come on.
