According to the &quot;good&quot; senator three people have been killed in the NYC area over about the past six months.

According to NYC officials there are approximately 150 pedestrian deaths a year.

This would make the ratio 3/75 or so to people using electronic devices getting hit. Mathematically, it would make more sense to mandate everyone use an electronic device while crossing the street. It&#039;s emperically safer.

What&#039;s next? A ban on smoking in privately owned establishments?...oh...wait...</description>
