Democrats Still Think They Are Commander In Chief

Can someone PLEASE get the liberal Democrats and RINOs in Congress a copy of the Constitution? They apparently need to read it and see what their role in “war” is.

WASHINGTON: A day after falling short of issuing a rebuke of Bush administration policy in Iraq, Senate Democrats said Sunday that they would try moving next to restrict the president’s authority to wage war, forcing American troops to shift from combat missions to a supporting role.

Declare and fund - that is the extent of Congressional power. How to fight the war is the role the Commander in Chief.
