Brit Hume is one of those guys that almost always talks in a measured voice that makes him difficult to hate. However the left is sure to go ballistic after his latest comments on John Murtha:
“That sound bite from John Murtha suggests that it’s time a few things be said about him. Even the “Washington Post” noted he didn’t seem particularly well informed about what’s going on over there, to say the least. Look, this man has tremendous cachet among House Democrats, but he is not — this guy is long past the day when he had anything but the foggiest awareness of what the heck is going on in the world.And that sound bite is naivete at large, and the man is an absolute fountain of such talk, and the fact that he has ascended to the position he has in the eyes of the Democrats in the House and perhaps Democrats around the country tells you a lot about how much they know or care about what’s really going on over there.”

You say Brit talks in a “measured tone.” This is an affectation that pubescent children use when they want to sound all growed up. He thinks, as you do, that his “deep” voice gives him an unassailable gravity. In fact, if he lifted his head off of his chest once in a while, you’d all discover that he sounds like Michael Jackson, who, by the way, is more popular among rite-wing children than Brit Hume is, even though Brit wears more make-up than Michael!
Jack Murtha gave me a great response to Brit’s sissy-fit.
“The best part of Brit Hume ran down his mama’s leg.” God’s honest truth! Murtha said it!
AH the liberal mind is a terrible thing … if we could ever find one. When they can’t actually respond they just ramble on. When the quality of how well informed they are is seriously questioned they don’t actually show that they are well informed they just blab off.
The best thing about John Murtha … well there is no best thing about John Murtha. He is a disgrace to the Corps in which I and many other served. There I said it.

Murtha is yet another doddering old fool the lilkes of Byrd and is a disgrace to the Corps for sure. The lefties run out to defend him basically telling our troops “sorry we’re not giving you the equipment and support you need” and they wonder why people think they are nuts.
I’ll go not that far out on a limb and say the best part of bloodstomper is probably still stuck to his daddy’s ceiling. Looks like his momma just got the left overs.
