Former President Jimmy Carter is bound and determined to solidify his place in history as a senile old coot and a miserable failure. If you thought he couldn’t screw up the world any worse than he did after falling head over heals for tyrants in North Korea you were probably surprised that he created an even bigger piece of putrid trash with his latest book: “Palestine: Peace Not Apartheid”.
The book has come under heavy fire since its release for major inaccuracies that only someone completely blinded by ideology would make and Mr. Peanut has ducked any attempt by anyone to debate the topic. He’s more than willing to show up and perpetuate the lies in the book until someone like Alan Dershowitz is also invited to speak. Then he runs like a coward.
There are now mass resignations from the Carter’s center for human rights:
Jan. 11 (Bloomberg) — Fourteen advisers to former U.S. President Jimmy Carter’s center for human rights resigned today, citing his stance on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
Former Presidential adviser S. Stephen Selig III and Caribou Coffee Co. Chief Executive Officer Michael Coles were among the resigning members of the Board of Councilors to the Carter Center.
They quit the Atlanta-based organization in reaction to Carter’s book, “Palestine: Peace Not Apartheid,” as well as his statements since its publication last year. Carter portrays the Palestinian-Israeli conflict as a “purely one-sided affair,” with Israel holding all of the responsibility for resolving it, they say.
“You have clearly abandoned your historic role of broker in favor of becoming an advocate for one side,” the group wrote in a letter, a copy of which was obtained by Bloomberg News. “Your book has confused opinion with fact, subjectivity with objectivity and force for change with partisan advocacy.”

“It’s a painful and difficult decision,” said Jeff Levy, the CEO of PurDigital Media Inc., an Atlanta-based technology company, who was among the letter’s signers. “He appears to me to be intransigent on this issue. He’s digging his heels in.”
Levy said in an interview he decided to resign after reading the book and attending the most recent meeting of the Board of Councilors late last year. Liane Levetan, the former chief executive officer of DeKalb County just outside Atlanta, also resigned and signed the letter. She said she has worked with former first lady Rosalynn Carter on mental health issues.
Hey Jimmy, just give it up man. Your “legacy” is already damaged enough.

Carter Is a courageous man with honor, he wrote the truth about the misery of millions of people, human beings, actual men, women and children, Carter wants to stop a massacre that is taking place with the support, money and weapons of the US citizens, US citizens have the right to know the truth and decide whether they want to do this anymore or not, every thing Carter mentioned in his book has unmistakable evidents on the ground, if you are interested you can look for the truth. if anyone do not like to listen to the truth he has the right to keep his ears shut but no one have the right by any means to prevent others from hearing the truth

ROFL! What massacre would that be? The massacre caused by little Islamic Jihadis who strap bombs to themselves and blow up people in the market?
The most amazing thing is how those that want to defend carter ignore the truth about the history of the region and how the Arabs, Turks and Persians of the Ottoman Empire LOST World War I when they decided to side with Germany.
Get over it.
The region has a history of being on the wrong side of history and getting it’s ass kicked.
If Carter is so “couragous” then why does he duck from every debate that he has been invited to?

Ah yes, appears we someone here who supports blowing up men and women trying so desperately to rewrite history. Never point out that radical islamists have been trying to exterminate the Jews since long before there was an Israel.
Funny thing is that Muslims believe that land that was once Muslim has to be Muslim again. But they do not respect the right that land that was once Jewish be Jewish again.

I was always taught that Israel was started because of the imperialst English who took over the muslim lands. Now I find out that they lost them fair and square.
