Illegal Immigrant Charged with Sex Assault of Child Ditches Court

An illegal alien accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl missed his court date Friday, and now a warrant is issued for his arrest. Paulo Sheispan-Landero was charged with first-degree sexual assault of a child under 13 without great bodily harm. He made his initial court appearance the same day, and bail was set at $5,000 cash. Two days later he posted bond. Friday he failed to show up for his initial appearance. According to the criminal complaint, the charges stem from incidents involving the daughter of Sheispan-Landero’s girlfriend. The girl told her mother he inappropriately touched her on several occasions.
