Here Come The Liberals!

Do you ever get tired of liberals who want to justify their encroachments on our liberty by redefining terms to mean whatever they want? Well, if you live in California you’ve got one in Sally Lieber. She wants to make parents that spank their children criminals by equating “spanking” with “whipping” and “beating”.

SACRAMENTO - The state Legislature is about to weigh in on a question that stirs impassioned debate among moms and dads: Should parents spank their children?

Assemblywoman Sally Lieber, D-Mountain View, wants to outlaw spanking children up to 3 years old. If she succeeds, California would become the first state in the nation to explicitly ban parents from smacking their kids.

Making a swat on the behind a misdemeanor might seem a bit much for some — and the chances of the idea becoming law appear slim, at best — but Lieber begs to differ.

“I think it’s pretty hard to argue you need to beat a child 3 years old or younger,” Lieber said. “Is it OK to whip a 1-year-old or a 6-month-old or a newborn?”

it’s a typical Marxist tactic. Make people believe one thing is happening instead of what is really happening.

“Spanking” a child is a far cry from beating a child to pulp. But in order to perpetuate her beliefs, she is bound and determined to convince people with higher intelligence and common sense than her otherwise.

Hey Comrade Lieber, get out of our lives! If you do not want to spank your child that is fine. Child abuse is already illegal and I know that you would love to make everyone adopt your view that a beat on the rump as punishment is child abuse, but get a life.

I think legislators at all levels are “in session” far too much which leads them to think that they have to be regulating our lives while they are “on the job”.

Let me be honest with all your “do-gooders” in the government. I will spank my child if I please. I also carry a firearm. So just “fair” warning to you that if you try and stop me from disciplining my child those that you send to enforce your unconstitutional laws will be met with deadly force as I defend my family.

But then what do you care? You are not the ones putting yourselves in the path of my bullet right?
