Global Warming attacks Alaska! Run!

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) - Snow piled up most of Wednesday in Anchorage and other southcentral Alaska communities, disrupting traffic and closing public buildings.

Meteorologist Tom Dang at the National Weather Service said 16 inches of snow had fallen in parts of Anchorage by 5 p.m. A snow advisory remained in place for four more hours as heavy snow continued to fall.
