Democrat Christine Jennings Still Fighting For Her Birthright

If only liberal Democrats were really as concerned about the integrity of elections as they pretended to be. But it seems every time they loses a close election they are more determined to continue to fight and dispute it ad infinitum without much other than a conspiracy theory more convoluted than that of the September 11th cuckoos who think there was no plane at the Pentagon.

Republican Vern Buchanan won two major victories on Friday, removing key barriers that had stood in the way of him representing the 13th District in Congress.

Hours after Democrats announced they would seat Buchanan next week when Congress will swear in its new members, a Florida court threw out Democrat Christine Jennings’ legal challenge to the Nov. 7 election results.

Circuit Judge William Gary ruled that Jennings’ case was based on conjecture and speculation, and denied her request to see the source codes in the software that helps run Sarasota County’s touch-screen voting machines. Gary ruled that he wouldn’t open up the source codes, which would reveal trade secrets of the voting machine company Election Systems & Software Inc.

Why does it seem that Democrats in Florida have problems voting each year? At least the incoming Democrat majority in the House lead by Nancy Pelosi has agreed to seat Vern Buchanan who is the certified winner of the election … at least until they think they have enough pull to push for a re-vote and ensure that they get a couple thousand more voters bused in to put Jennings over the top.

Just goes to show you, liberals love democracy until they don’t win. Then democracy be damned. I wonder how many of these same moonbats are out there calling for re-votes in close elections where their fellow travelers won. My guess is not many if any.
