10 Fired Because Woman Chose To Be Stupid

A Sacramento, California area radio station has fired ten employees, including three D-J’s, after a woman died last Friday following an on-air water drinking contest.

Well, you know my position. The woman did a dumb thing. Even if it was sponsored by the radio station it was her own actions that caused her death. No other contestants died, only her because she exceeded her limits. Anyone with half a brain knows that too much of ANY substance (no matter what it is) can kill you.

I guess next we will have to fire the organizers of a marathon the next time someone gets heat stroke and dies for deciding to run in one of those as well. Or maybe we’ll have to return to the old standby of suing gun manufacturers because someone chose to use the ir product in the commission of a crime.
