New York - Restaurants will have more than a year to completely rid their food of artificial trans fats, and New York City officials are promising to be gentle when it comes to enforcing the first-in-the-nation ban.
What the heck is this supposed to mean? A “ban” is not something that is “gentle”. It is pretty absolute.
Maybe this means that they will provide lots of lubricant before they anally rape private property rights and owners?
