At least the liberals are taking themselves out of the gene pool. Still doesn’t make it right though.

On top of this the majority of those babies that are born are born to people that are least likely to be able to afford to raise a child.

Of the city’s births in 2005, 52% of them were paid for by Medicaid, the government health program for the poor.
