Looks like for the time being that the little jihadis at the Guantanamo Resort & Spa* will not be suing in United States Courts.

By Tom Regan | csmonitor.com. In a decision that backs a key portion of the Military Commissions Act (MCA), a federal judge has ruled that foreign prisoners held at the US prison camp Guantánamo Bay, Cuba, may not sue in US courts for their freedom.
*Sorry folks, I was selling these looooong before Rush Limbaugh started with his “Club Gitmo” line of merchandise just like I was selling “Screw the Caribou” merchandise looooong before Glenn Beck as well. But what can I say? Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery I suppose.
