Christmas Bombshell! Duke Rape Charges Dropped!

Read this news as District Hack … er I mean “Attorney” Mike Nifong is tired of getting embarrassed by this case:

Rape Charges Tossed In Duke Lacrosse Case
RALEIGH, N.C. — A prosecutor dismissed rape charges Friday against three Duke University lacrosse players accused of attacking a stripper at a team party, a defense attorney said.

Joseph Cheshire, an attorney for one of the three players, said charges of kidnapping and sexual offense remain in place. District Attorney Mike Nifong did not immediately return calls seeking comment.

So now that Mr. Nifong has all but ruined the lives of these young men for the sake of his own political future what’s next? Is he going to go kick a puppy or maybe eat a kitten?

I’ve said it before and I will say it again. This woman should have the book thrown at her and work the rest of her life to pay off the damage she has done.
