No. Mr. Rose, it isn’t “neo conservatives” that are turning on President Bush. Neo-Conservatives are former liberals who still act like liberals when they really want something bad enough. They love President Bush more than any other type of conservative.

It is the libertarians and true conservatives that have been leery about President Bush with his unwillingness to secure America’s borders, his holding back on dealing with the enemy in Iraq, his approval of Campaign Finance Reform, and so on.

We’re the people that are the “somewhat disapprove” category in the opinion polls but still wouldn’t vote for a liberal Democrat if our lives depended on it.

These guys in this article are just playing Monday morning quarterback.

Of course what do you expect from the magazine that plastered Valerie Plame’s picture all over its front page?
