Uh oh – Soldier Pleads “Not Guilty”

This certainly does not bode well for the liberal template of our soldiers as cold blooded murderers. Even though one soldier copped a plea in the case, at least one is standing up and fighting and not rolling over.

Former 101st soldier pleads not guilty to rape, murder charges

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - A former 101st Airborne Division soldier pleaded not guilty Wednesday in the sexual assault and murder of a 14-year-old Iraqi girl and the slayings of three others in her family.

Not good at all considering the left thought this would be an easy case.

Two other soldiers accused of rape and murder in the attack - Sgt. Paul E. Cortez and Pfc. Jesse V. Spielman - could be sentenced to death if they are convicted, a military judge ruled last month. Both will soon be arraigned, the military said.
