Army Sgt. Vitaliy Plokhovskyy has returned to the United States after being deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and was decorated with the Army Commendation Medal.

God bless our local military here in south western PA and we are all glad to see Sgt. Plokhovskyy back safely.
