Top general warns against Iraq timetable

WASHINGTON (CNN) — Gen. John Abizaid, the top US general in Iraq, on Wednesday warned against setting timetables for withdrawal of troops from Iraq.

But none of this matters. After all the left can trot out their choice of any number of former military personnel who say that we need to set up a time table and get out quickly. And the worst part is that their members of the military are “bullet proof” and you cannot argue with them.

Oh, their not bullet proof because their members of the military. No, that would mean that General Abizaid would also be bullet proof and unable to be countered as well. They are bullet proof because they are former military AND they are rabid liberals and it is that second qualifier that makes their opinions so much superior in the eyes of the left.
