China, South Korea Agree to Back Sanctions Against North Korea

AP. BEIJING - The presidents of China and South Korea agreed Friday to support sanctions to achieve a nuclear-free Korean Peninsula but want to see stability maintained, a South Korean official said.

And by “support” we mean talk really tough but not actually do anything right? Believe this when you see it folks!
