States link up to protect ocean

The governors of California, Oregon and Washington announced a landmark, bipartisan pact yesterday to safeguard the ocean and lobby Congress and the president on coastal issues.

Trust me. The ocean is big enough to take care of itself.

Asked for comment, the Pacific Ocean said “Appeasement will not deter future attacks on these states and the people they represent! Surrender now to the power of Mother Earth! Gaia Ackbar!”
