Gore says tax pollution, not payrolls

Former US Vice President Al Gore on Monday suggested taxing carbon dioxide emissions instead of employees’ pay in a bid to stem global warming.Does this mean that Al Gore will have to whip out his checkbook every time he opens his mouth and pollutes minds with his claptrap?
