Kofi Annan Better Learn His Place

His place is that as Secretary General of the United Nations, he and his body are not superior to the United States, our people and our laws.

UNITED NATIONS — Secretary-General Kofi Annan predicted Thursday the United Nations would avert a budget crisis threatened at the end of the month over the slow pace of U.N. reforms and implicitly warned the United States against trying to “pull the plug” on the world body. - NewsMax

What’s the UN going to do if we “pull the plug? Hmmm? Send in troops? That’s going to be kind of hard since many of the troops are U.S. soldiers and even WITH those soldiers they cannot even keep the peace around the world. How on Earth does he think he can threaten us?

Answer: he’s a bureaucrat and bureaucrats always think themselves more powerful than they really are.

The United Nations failed as soon as it started to all dictatorships and other assorted fascist governments to join and use it as a pulpit to milk the world’s democracies for money, aid and forced respect. Today, the only thing that will save it will be to rebuild it from the ground up without such infestations.
