Subpoenas In McKinney Case Continue

As much as she would like to put her assault of a Capitol Hill Police Officer behind her, Rep. Cynthia McKinney (Moonbat - GA) and parttime supermodel can’t. The subpoenas continue although I’m not really sure why. If there is really video of the incident that shows what is claimed to be shown why wasn’t she simply arrested over the Easter break? At that time was neither in “Attendance at the Session of [her] respective [House]“, or “going to and returning from the same” which are all times Article I, Section 6 says she cannot be arrested.

The list has now grown to include aides of Rep. Trent Franks, R-Ariz., Barbara Lee, D-Calif., Lois Capps, D-Calif., Donald Payne, D-N.J. (source breitbart.com) and the soap opera continues.
