Sally Jacobson - Another Moonbat Professor On Campus
J.J. Jackson* | April 17, 2006
Highland Heights, KY (LifeNews.com) — A Northern Kentucky University professor who destroyed a pro-life display against abortion and encouraged her students to vandalize it as well is defending her actions. Dr. Sally Jacobsen, a British literature professor, called the display “silly” and said her free speech rights allowed her and others to trash the display.
As LifeNews.com reported on Thursday, Jacobson and several students from her class vandalized a pro-life display of hundreds of crosses that the campus pro-life group had set up earlier in the week.
The professor and her students were caught on camera and seen by other witnesses trashing the pro-life display.
Jacobson admitted to the Cincinnati Enquirer newspaper that she and nine of her students engaged in the vandalism.
“I did, outside of class during the break, invite students to express their freedom-of-speech rights to destroy the display if they wished to,” Jacobsen said. - LifeNews.com
That’s right, her “freedom-of-speech rights” entail silencing other people’s opinions. Only from the mind of a left wing Marxist could this be conceived!
Apparently we need to revisit the first amendment:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Let’s focus here on the “right of the people peaceably to assemble” shall we?
I always find it amusing how these pro-murdering children lefties seem to think that they have the right to assemble and cause destruction. I think that they have selective reading skills. In fact I know they do. They live in a sound bite world and take only the out of context parts of the Constitution that suit them and their ideals.
Hey Sally, I think that destroying property is far from “peaceably assembling” don’t you? No, of course you don’t because that would defeat your ability to silence other people.
By their fruits you shall know them.
