President Bush Psychobabbling Like A Liberal
J.J. Jackson* | April 25, 2006
President Bush might just as well come out and say it - “These Illegals are getting amnesty whether you like it or not”.
“Massive deportation of the people here is unrealistic ? it’s just not going to work,” Bush said. “You know, you can hear people out there hollering it’s going to work. It’s not going to work.” - Yahoo News
His Presidency is being defined in two terms. First in the sense of foreign policy where he has done a good job and second domestically where aside from the tax cuts he has done … um … well … he’s given us a couple conservative judges … maybe.
I keep hearing these so-called conservatives (and Bush is not a conservative with actions like this, his threats against “Big Oil” and his failure to veto the biggest violation of the first amendment in recent history) saying “we can’t”. It sounds a lot like the liberals who constantly harangue that there are jobs Americans “won’t do”. And that is really what it comes down to Mr. President. It isn’t an issue of “can’t”. It’s an issue of “won’t”.
It’s an issue of “won’t” because we know where to find these illegals. They stand around on street corners waiting to hop in the back of pickup trucks every day. They march in the streets by the thousands demanding America look the other way.
“Can’t”? No sir. I don’t think so. And don’t patronize us.
