Liberal Democrats Float Non Reform Reform

Senate Democrats pushed for a vote on a bipartisan immigration bill that would allow the illegal immigrants to remain in the country and become permanent residents after paying $2,000 fines and back taxes, learning English and working six years.

“Are the Republicans going to stand up for comprehensive immigration reform or not?” Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., asked Tuesday. - Fox News

That’s NOT reform Sen. Dick “Our Troops Are NAZIs” Durbin. What you and the other Democrats basically want to keep the status quo. That is to say to hell with our immigration laws and allow people that broke the law to stay in the United States. How is this different?

It’s not. It’s just wrapped up in a fancy box and given a bow and presented as “reform”. And these are the same loony tunes that think Bush is in a bubble? Boy are they in for a shocker!
