Global Warming Kooks Still At It

WASHINGTON — Ten states fired a new legal salvo at the federal government Thursday in a long-running court battle over global warming and pollution from power plants.

The states, joined by environmental groups, sued the Environmental Protection Agency over its decision not to regulate carbon dioxide pollution as a contributor to global warming. - NewsMax

I guess someone should make sure to bring up the ACTUAL temperature data to set New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer, his spokesman and all the rest of the envirokooks straight

“We feel it’s incumbent on EPA to regulate carbon emissions from those power plants now in order to help us get our arms around global warming,”

NASA’s own data actually shows that the Earth’s upper atmosphere has been cooling since 1993 while the surface temperature has risen only about .1 to .2 C per decade since 1979. From 1979 to 1997 however you can clearly see that some years temperature was up and some years it was down. Hardly evidence of a constant global warming trend which would be expected if the theory of manmade emissions effecting the temperature was correct.

This data is probably not what you have been lead to believe exists. Instead you have probably been told about how the Earth is warming at an alarming rate and it is all YOUR FAULT! Why would they lie? Because their power depends on that lie.
