Baby Fights Off Murderers … Mother Sues

A WOMAN suing a hospital after giving birth to a baby girl despite having an abortion was given no guarantees that the termination would be successful, a court heard yesterday.

Stacy Dow, 21, of Perth, has launched a ?250,000 civil damages claim against Tayside University Hospitals NHS Trust for the “financial burden” of raising her daughter Jayde, who she had when she was 16.

How is she going to explain this one to her daughter?

Jayde Dow: Mommy how’d we get such a nice house?
Stacy Dow: Well, after I tried to have you killed -
Jayde Dow: YOU WHAT?!?!?
Stacy Dow: - tried to have you killed. You know - nothing personal. But you were going to be a financial burden so I tried to abort you -
Jayde Dow: Wait - you tried to have me MURDERED!?!?!?
Stacy Dow: Calm down I said it was nothing personal. But when you lived I sued and got us this nice house …
