Kind Of Makes You Wonder Doesn’t It?

Those in the so-called “environmental” movement often tell us about how we evil humans are killing oh so many species each year with our greedy plans for the Earth - called capitalism. But how do they know? Really it is just a stab in the dark on their part. They have no idea how many species are on the Earth and how many we are killing - or as some of the more radical Environmental Nutballs would say “murdering”.

And just to prove that point we now have a discovery of several new and previously unknown species of animals and plants in New Guinea. So if we don’t know what all the species are and obviously there are many species that are hiding, how do we know that we are killing of hundreds or thousands a year?

The answer is we don’t.

It’s just like when they claimed chopping down old growth forests was going to kill off the Spotted Owl only to find them nesting in M-mart signs did do it and just like the Alaskan pipeline didn’t kill off the caribou either.
