SCOTUS Shows Common Sense?

In a sign of things to come the Supreme Court actually made a UNANIMOUS and intelligent ruling?

“The Supreme Court ruled yesterday that federal judges should not have struck down an entire New Hampshire law that requires teenagers to notify their parents before having an abortion and ordered a lower court to come up with a more limited solution that would protect minors’ health in emergencies” - Washington Post

I’m stunned considering that not only was it unanimous but it was also penned by Justice Sandra Day O’Connor.

It’s stunning considering how the more liberal members of the court seem determined to make their ideology kown when the option is given to them. Perhaps Souter, Ginsberg, Breyer, and Stevens are not going to be as bold now that they are likely to be in the minority on many opinions except when Kennedy joins them.
