I Hate It When They Tap Dance

Judge Alito:
A judge doesn’t have a client, as I said yesterday, and a judge doesn’t have an agenda and a judge has to follow the law, and an important part of the law in this area as we look at it in 2006 is the law of stare decisis”
I’m sorry, but that is not true. A good judge should have an “agenda” which is to make sure the law is applied fairly and correctly.
It’s like how many misuse the word “propaganda”. “Propaganda” is simply “ideas, facts, or allegations spread deliberately to further one’s cause or to damage an opposing cause”. Note that it does not say that propaganda is a “lie” or a “falsehood” or “wrong” although it can be under the term allegations. Lying propaganda is bad. Propaganda that is truthful is not. For example, this site is propaganda that is good, even if the left hates what they read here.
Just like an “agenda” that is bad such as legislating from the bench is a “bad agenda”. But if the “agenda” is to see justice served there is nothing wrong with that. Let’s stop playing word games shall we? It?s not worth it just to side step around liberals looking for any little misstep to grab onto to twist and turn into their favor.
