Democrats Continue To Show They Have The WRONG Litmus Test For Judges

No matter how often they deny it, the liberal leadership of the Democratic Party does indeed have a “litmus test” when it comes to Supreme Court Justices. Trying to defend the party line 10-8 vote against Alito in committe we had the same typical talking points from the leftists

Senator Dianne Feinstein, Democrat of California, said that if a person favors a woman’s right to choose abortion, “one cannot vote for Judge Alito. It’s really that simple.” - International Herald Tribune

Is Senator Feinstein even qualified to be a Senator? I dare say with an attitude about murdering babies when the Constitution CLEARLY says that the government is to protect one’s right to life that she is certainly not. That’s the one great flaw in a Representative government of, by and for the people - every now and then you get an absolute idiot elected.

Having a “litmus test” for judges is not a bad idea. For example if the person is clearly not qualified to uphold the supreme law of the land and say, writes an opinion supporting the taking of pivate land for private use by another *cough* Ginsberg *cough* then yes, they should not be there. But to create a “right” completely abhorent to the Constitution and then create a limtus test based on that abhorent quasi-thought is a bad idea.

But of course when you have based your power on creating rights and managing problems like the left has you eventually have to simply try and strike down anyone getting into power that will undo your misconceptions. Please have your liberal spayed or neutered. Help control the donkey population and put an end to this nonsense.
