Democrats Melt Down

AUSTIN, Texas ? A new judge will preside over the conspiracy case against former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay, R-Texas, after a motion was granted Tuesday to remove the appointed judge because of his donations to Democrat causes.

Retired Judge C.W. “Bud” Duncan (search) granted the motion without comment. The case now goes back to Administrative Judge B.B. Schraub, who will pick the new judge. - FOX NEWS

Democrats just can’t win today. First they try a stunt to get the Senate to investigate the “intelligence” for why we went to war with Iraq. Apparently all the while forgetting that they themselves cited WMDs as the reason we should take action against Iraq. So Reid and DICK take the Senate into a closed door session making themselves look like spoiled whiney children not getting their way. And then this!

Can you see the smoke coming from their ears? Because they are melting down!
