Win If You Can. Lose If You Must. But Always Cheat.

When you have the power of the gun on your side you can do almost anything. Take the IRS for example. For years their method of enforcing the income tax code which not even any two of their own agents can properly cite when asked questions about it has used the bottomless pockets of a taxpayer funded government and ultimately the police to go after anyone that challenges the dubious nature of the 16th Amendment and its ratification.

Of course they do. Could you imagine how quickly the government would collapse if they stopped running around and harassing citizens that were learning the truth about how the 16th Amendment was never actually ratified? Could you imagine how quickly the pet projects of every bureaucrat and politician would come to a screeching halt as about half of the money collected by the federal government suddenly ceased coming in?

No wonder they run around pounding on people like Irwin Schiff who has now been convicted on 14 counts for failing to pay income taxes and encouraging others to do the same. Big government types are salivating and bureaucrats are breathing a sigh of relief because now they can put tax reform on the back burner once again since there is no urgent need to replace the income tax.

However the problem here is that the court continues to send mixed messages. In June Joseph Banister was found not guilty in Federal Court for basically telling his clients the same thing - that they didn’t need to pay income taxes.

So as the unanswered (and written) questions pile up on the IRS’s desk the answer is clear. More enforcement will make the 16th Amendment the law of the land for several years to come.

On topic and intelligent comments are always welcome as are humorous observations. But liberal talking points with no basis in reality, off topic comments, spam and advertisements are not. Even though you may think you are an intelligent liberal, you probably are not. Keep this in mind as trolling is prohibited and will result in your comments not being approved and comments informing us how much we are a bunch of idiots because you say we are or espousing hate towards the truth are often moved directly to the official “I Hate You/You’re An Idiot” thread. Save us all the time and post there directly if you have a comment that would meet those criteria. Commenters reserve the right to mock claims about how liberal ideas, such as higher taxes, actually work and how conservative and right wingers, are NAZIs, racists, sexists, etc. and will do so with great regularity.
