I say “apparently” because I cannot get to the internals of the new Gallop poll that shows only the normal 13% or so that always Blame President Bush for everything blame identify him as the most responsible for the problems post-Katrina.

If you are a Gallup subscriber you can view the internals here. Since I am not I will report to you what the National Ledger says they are until I can either find a copy of Gallup releases the internals to everyone.

-38% of Americans said no one was really to blame.

–Only 13% blamed President Bush.

–18% blamed the federal agencies.

–25% blamed state and local officials.
