Struggling to pacify his party’s warring wings, President Bush is moving toward allowing illegal immigrants who came to the U.S. before February 2004 to qualify for guest-worker visas. People smuggled in after then would be deported. - FOX News

The question is, how do we know when they got here IF they came here undocumented and illegally in the first place?

Hmm?

What are you going to do? Ask them?

Border Agent: “Excuse me Mr. Illegal Alien but did you arrive in the United States before or after February 2004?”
Criminal Alien: (referring to his handbook published by the government of Mexico) “Why officer I was most certainly here before February 2004.”
