The battle begins tonight at 9:00PM when President Bush declares his replacement for Justice O’Connor on the Supreme Court. I am not so much interested in who the President picks because I think the nominee will be a Constitutionalist (”progressives” boo in the background) although if he disappointmented me it certainly wouldn’t be the first time. No, I am more interested in seeing what level of attack mode the progressives go into to defeat this nominee.

Where’s my popcorn!?!?!?!

Update:
The nomination is Justice Roberts, widely regarded by those that I am speaking with as one of the top conservative judicial thinkers in America and *gasp* a white man.
